Artistes and managers need to have shared visions – Bullgod reveals

DJ Ashmen recently welcomed Bullgod, the esteemed artiste manager from Bullhaus Entertainment, onto his Let’s Talk & Chill show.

During the engaging discussion, Bullgod highlighted the complexities of the artiste-manager relationship, emphasizing the importance of aligning visions for mutual success.

One key point raised was the difference in visions between artistes and their management teams. Bullgod noted that while artistes often have their unique visions, they may not always align with the strategic goals of their management.

At times the management team sees the artist performing at the O2 Arena or Maddison Square Garden but the artistes sees himself at Accra Sports Stadium” he stated.

However, Bullgod emphasized that when both parties align their visions, the artiste’s brand can experience massive international growth.

Bullgod is quite versed in the artiste management spcae having managed well known artistes including 5five, Iwan and Shatta Wale.
