GES receives authorization to recruit the 2022 cohort of degree holders from Colleges of Education

The Ghana Education Service (GES) and the Ministry of Education have obtained approval from the Ministry of Finance to initiate the recruitment process for the 2022 cohort of trained teachers who graduated from public colleges of education across the country.

In light of this development, GES is calling for applications from eligible candidates who meet the criteria for employment consideration.

This recruitment campaign is specifically aimed at trained teachers from Public Colleges of Education who earned their first degree in 2022.

As per a press release issued by the office of the Director General of GES, eligible applicants must have graduated from a Public College of Education in 2022, have no outstanding examinations or referrals, have completed the mandatory National Service, and have successfully passed the National Teacher Licensure Examination.

Moreover, applicants must be willing to work in any location where their services are needed to meet the employment criteria.

GES encourages qualified individuals who meet the specified requirements to submit their applications for consideration in this recruitment exercise.
