Renowned Reggae/Dancehall artist, Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy, has shared a powerful insight, revealing that he has come to understand that high achievers often face criticism.
The acclaimed Afro-Dancehall superstar has frequently been the focus of industry attacks from Shatta Wale, the hitmaker behind the song “Ayoo.”
Despite resolving past differences, Shatta Wale continues to criticize his peers, especially on social media.
In an interview on Onua TV, Stonebwoy acknowledged the personal attacks directed at him, stating that he has learned to ignore them.
“What I do when I’m attacked as a musician is that I ignore the attacks and focus on the prize. I pray for divine discernment in order to know when to talk and when not to talk. What I know I that it is only a ripe fruit that will be plucked,” he said.
Stonebwoy has released his sixth album, titled *Up & Running*, which includes the popular hit song “Jejereje.”
