By Former President John Mahama has pledged to construct an ultra-modern market for the people of Kintampo.
He stated that this initiative will enhance economic activities in the area.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer made this promise during his four-day tour of the Bono East Region while addressing party supporters.
“We will rebuild the market and make it an ultramodern one,” he said on Monday.
During his tour, Mr. Mahama urged voters to remove the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the upcoming election.
He also emphasized that improving the Kintampo roads would be a priority for him if he wins the December poll.
