Thousands of supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), alongside members of allied political groups and civil society organizations, took to the streets of Accra on Thursday under the banner “Democracy Under Attack”, calling for what they describe as the protection of constitutional freedoms, judicial independence, and freedom of expression in Ghana.
